What Is the Utah Bowl?
The Utah Bowl is Utah's premier youth all-star football experience for outstanding 6th-, 7th-, and 8th-grade athletes from across the state. Players are nominated, reviewed, and selected by the Utah Bowl nomination committee. Many athletes are nominated, but only the best earn the opportunity to represent their grade and community.
The Athlete Experience
Four days and three nights designed to challenge athletes, build relationships, and create memories that last beyond the final whistle.
Campus dorms, dining facilities, and five team practices.
Separate 6th-, 7th-, and 8th-grade competition.
Guest speakers, premium evening entertainment, and team events.
Utah Bowl apparel, athlete gear, and a custom game jersey.
How Athletes Are Selected
Athletes may be nominated by coaches, parents, teachers, community members, or others who believe they deserve consideration. The committee reviews ability, character, effort, and each athlete's potential to represent their community well.
Nomination and selection information for 2027 will be announced later this winter.
Game Day
The Utah Bowl features separate 6th-, 7th-, and 8th-grade all-star games. Families can attend in person, and every game is livestreamed.

Supporting Utah Families
The Utah Bowl proudly supports the Ronald McDonald House. Instead of charging admission on game day, we invite fans to bring needed material items that help provide housing, meals, transportation, and compassionate support to families with critically ill or injured children.
Across Oregon and Idaho, the Youth Bowl Series has become a meaningful supporter of Ronald McDonald House Charities through material-item donations. Utah Bowl will carry that same commitment forward. A current donation-needs list will be shared in the spring.
